AMD Awareness Week (Age-Related Macular Degeneration)
2010 - 2015
Novartis in association with NCBI (National Council for the Blind of Ireland), the AOI (Association of Optometrists Ireland), the ICO (Irish College of Ophthalmologists) & Fighting Blindness supported an awareness campaign on AMD. MPU was employed to provide a medical testing unit adapted to suit the needs of the medical professionals. Over 100 eye tests are carried out each day over 8 different venues around the country.
Kildare Road Safety Christmas Campaign
2011-2015
Kildare County Council enlist the help of MPU to spread their Road Safety message across the county during the Christmas period. One of our units is fully branded with their Safety message and the in-built 65" LED screen displays videos reinforcing the message. The campaign lasts around 15 days over the Chrismas period and visits more than 50 locations across the county.
Farm & Plant
2013 - Present
Farm & Plant operate both magazine and online versions selling farm & plant machinery. They have been using MPU for the past few years to visit various shows around the country with a Merchandising Trailer.
Naas Credit Union
2015
Our motorised unit was used as an Information Point by Naas Credit Union during their recent Promotional Campaign to spread the word to the people of Newbridge that they would be opening up a new branch in the town.
VB Air Suspensions
VB Air Suspensions Ire have been a repeat customer of ours for the past 3 years. They have hired Exhibition Trailers and PA systems to showcase their products at the National Ploughing Championships and similar events around Ireland.
National Bike Week
National Campaign 2010 & 2011
One of our mobile promotions unit was used for both advertising and as an Information Point at various locations throughout the country to showcase the Bike to Work scheme. MPU provided a sophisticated promotions unit tailored to the clients exact needs.
Betfair
2009-2011
MPU provided Betfair a unit with the latest technology to showcase Betfair's innovative online service incorporating a giant 65" plasma screen displaying in-running pricing and live racing. Full PA facilities and wireless internet access allowed them to demonstrate their online betting on multiple PC's and screens. This campaign was run over approximately 18 months and covered almost every racecourse in Ireland.
An Post Rás
Rás 2011 & 2012
The An Post Rás is the annual 8 day stage race around Ireland. MPU were enlisted by One Direct and One-for-All to highlight and promote both their products and the Bike to Work campaign.
Cannonball Run
2011 - 2014
Cannonball Ireland is the annual gathering of supercar enthusiasts who drive around Ireland raising money for the Barretstown Charity. For the first 2 years one of our units was used as the Official Registration Point in Dublin and also as an Outside Broadcast unit at the Finish Line in Westport, Co. Mayo. In 2012 & 2013 we provided a unit which was used around the country as a Merchandising Unit where the public could buy Branded Merchandise raising even more money for the Charity.
